At, we are sure of our ability to deliver quality service. Unlike our competitors, who view the delivery of service as a challenge, it does not bother us. What we consider challenging is to deliver better results every time before the deadline. Most of the time, we get success for our efforts.

At, we do everything in a systematic way. Therefore, we don’t need to face situations, such as project cancellation and refund. However, we do have some guidelines for the same.

Cancellation Policy:
  • You can opt for the cancellation of any particular service that you have taken in the last 7-10 working days via prescribed cancellation. You can also submit a service cancellation request through email.
  • Cancellation requests for services availed using promotional offers will not be entertained.
  • Cancellation requests for services such as domain registration and domain transfer will not be entertained.
  • A service agreement will automatically get canceled if you fail to make the next payment within 10 working days.
  • Fee or any other charges would not be refunded on project cancellation.
Refund Policy:
  • Our refund policy varies based on the services.
  • In case of a refund, we would keep the amount for the work already completed.
  • Administrative fees, installation charges, or any other technical charges would not be refunded.
  • No refund should be expected for taxes paid on services to regulatory bodies.
  • If you violate our terms and conditions, the agreement would be subject to cancellation without any refund.
  • In case of any delay or service disruption due to third party involvement, no refund would be initiated from our end.
